Be your own motivator…

Motivation comes from the word “Motive”, which means goal. In definition, motivation is something that moves and brings to an action, whether positive or negative. In other words, motivation is a push that comes from someone, a family or an organization to do on what is desired. To reach a certain success point, self-motivation is vital.

An anonymous has said that the difference between a successful person or not, does not depend on the lack of knowledge, but the lack of motivation. Motivation can come from two aspects, self or from others. It is true that our surroundings and people will determine the motivation we can build up. However, for whatever we do, if there is no self-motivation, nothing will work out, even with people around forcing us.

Having to ask someone to do something is easy, but when it comes to ourselves, this may be a hard thing to do. In equal towards the customers, it will never be easy to promote our products towards them if we do not have the motivation to know about the product knowledge, to promote according to the needs, etc.

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” A quote by Mark Twain has portrayed a simple sentence, yet a strong one. Be your own motivator!
