Winning attitude and proven!

A winning attitude does not come by itself, but it needs process and practice within self. Positivity and self-motivation are the two keys needed the most. Some people may suggest that having a winning attitude does not mean a success all the time. Yes, it is true. The point is, a winning attitude is a key towards success, as this attitude brings about believe and motivation to do something of your choice. A prove on a successful winning attitude in Indonesia is BonChon.

For those who often visit malls lately, maybe you have once came across a fast food stall named “BonChon.” Introduced in Indonesia in the year 2012, this Korean fast food has now become one of the favorites. Michelle Elizabeth Surjaputra, the owner of 11 BonChon outlet franchise, have proven her success even in her age of 28th years. She admitted that it was not easy to bring this outlet to Indonesia, as she needs to pass several stages to get the approval from the main Franchiser. She was not the only candidate that moment, which means she had to compete with other 5 potentials that time. Other than that, the one that made her stood out is the proper research she did to place the outlets. To reach all these, she had to face several obstacles which was of course not easy, but again as of her winning attitude, she reached her goals and became a successful businesswoman now.

Arnold Schwarzenegger quoted that, “Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
